    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges with their juice.

    3. Beat with an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes until smooth and slightly fluffy.

    4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.

    5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.

    6. Let the cake cool completely in the pan.

    7. To make the frosting, mix crushed pineapple (with juice) and vanilla pudding powder until combined.
